html - What is the 'link' attribute used for in a <div> element? -

i encountered @ work looks may populate list of links data source, i'm not sure. here's code:

according w3schools, (http://www.w3schools.com/tags/att_body_link.asp), link attribute-at least when used in <body> tag-sets link colors on page. have same meaning in <div> tag or different meaning? thanks!
